Responsibilities include:Assisting with meal preparation and basic cooking for residentsSupporting light housekeeping duties (cleaning common areas, ensuring cleanliness of the home)Encouraging and modeling daily living skills for residentsSafety & ComplianceFollow infection control and safety protocolsMaintain confidentiality (HIPAA/PHI compliance)Adhere to all company and DBHDS regulationsQualifications RequiredActive LPN license in VirginiaStrong clinical and critical thinking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team environmentReliable and professionalSchedule & Work Environment24/7 residential settingMust be available for: evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays (as needed)High-interaction role working with individuals in crisisWork Environment:The LPN will work in a residential facility providing crisis stabilization services, requiring flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 coverage. The role involves direct interaction with individuals experiencing acute behavioral health crises, necessitating a calm and supportive approach. Compensation: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour
