Facilities Manager

Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the site’s facilities and critical utilities .This is a key leadership position responsible for ensuring the facility operates at the highest standards of safety, reliability, compliance, and uptime while supporting a fast-paced manufacturing environment Position Summa ryThe Facilities Manager will lead all aspects of facility operations, including building maintenance, critical utilities, contractor management, environmental compliance, and capital improvement projects. Working closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, EHS, and Maintenance teams, you will ensure the site’s infrastructure supports production while driving continuous improvement and operational excellenc Key Responsibilit iesLead the day-to-day management of all site facilities and building infrastructu re.Maintain critical utility systems including HVAC, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum systems, process gases, DI water, electrical distribution, and backup power syste ms.Ensure maximum uptime and reliability of facility systems supporting semiconductor manufacturi ng.Develop and manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all facility equipme nt.Manage external contractors, service providers, and maintenance vendo rs.Plan and oversee facility upgrades, renovations, and capital improvement projec ts.Develop annual operating budgets and manage facility-related expenditu re.Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, NFPA, local building codes, and environmental regulatio ns.Partner with EHS to maintain a safe working environment and support sustainability initiativ es.Lead root cause investigations following equipment or facility failures and implement corrective actio ns.Develop emergency response plans and oversee business continuity planning for critical utiliti es.Monitor facility KPIs including equipment uptime, utility consumption, maintenance performance, and operating cos ts.Support manufacturing expansion projects, equipment installations, and cleanroom modificatio ns.Lead, coach, and develop internal facilities technicians while managing contractor performan Required Qualificat ionsBachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent industry experie nce.7+ years of Facilities or Plant Engineering experience within semiconductor, electronics, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, or similar highly regulated industr ies.Previous leadership experience managing facilities teams and contract ors.Strong knowledge of building systems and industrial utilit ies.Experience managing preventative and predictive maintenance progr ams.Working knowledge of CMMS syst ems.Experience managing capital projects and facility upgra des.Strong understanding of regulatory compliance, including OSHA, EPA, and NFPA standa rds.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership ski Preferred Exper ienceSemiconductor or cleanroom manufacturing experi ence.Experience supporting ISO-certified manufacturing environm ents.Knowledge of cleanroom classifications and contamination con trol.Experience with BMS (Building Management Systems) and SCADA platf orms.Familiarity with energy management and sustainability initiat ives.PMP, CFM, PE, or relevant facilities certificat Technical SkillsHVAC & Cleanroom S ystemsChilled Water S ystemsCompressed Air S ystemsElectrical Distri butionEmergency Power S ystemsProcess Gas Distri ystemsBuilding Management Systems (BMS )SCA DACMMSPreventative & Predictive Maint vementBudget Mana gementContractor Mana gementCapital Pr What You’l l BringA proactive, hands-on leadership style.Excellent organizational and project management skills.Strong analytical and troubleshooting abi lities.A passion for improving reliability and operational perfo rmance.The ability to build strong relationships across engineering, manufacturing, and leadership teams.A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational exce llence.What’s o n OfferCompetitive salary and performanc e bonusComprehensive medical, dental, and vision b enefits401(k) with compan y matchPaid vacation and h olidaysCareer progression within a growing semiconductor manuf acturerOpportunity to lead facility operations at a state-of-the-art manufacturi #J-18808-Ljbffr
