This is a Full-Time, hourly position within our Human Resources department, located in Riverside, California. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to support our growing business. This is an individual contributor role, reporting directly to the Human Resources Manager.Compensation & Benefits:Daily pay: Access your earned wages the same day you work!Medical, Dental, Vision401K with 4% matchPaid VacationPaid Sick TimePromotion OpportunitiesCompany DiscountsPaid TrainingsTuition Reimbursement ProgramRewards ProgramFirst-Time Home Buyer Program AssistanceResponsibilities:Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies to attract and hire top talentUtilize various recruitment methods, including job postings, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source and identify qualified candidatesConduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fitCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive and timely recruitment experienceCollaborate with the Human Resources team to develop and implement recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state laws and company standardsMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data in the applicant tracking systemMonitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to track recruitment progress and outcomesBuild and maintain relationships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other recruitment resources to attract top talentAssist with onboarding and orientation processes for newly hired employeesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredAt least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong knowledge of recruitment strategies and techniques, as well as federal and state employment lawsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with diverse candidates and hiring managersProven ability to prioritize and handle multiple recruitment tasks in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systemsAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretionMust be able to speak, read, and write in SpanishNegative TB test within 30 days of hireCPR & First Aid certificate within 30 days of hireEEOC statement: At Desire Home Care, Inc., we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workforce.
