Senior Financial Systems Analyst

One of our clients is hiring for a Senior Financial Systems Analyst in Alpharetta, GA. Our client is a fast-growing consumer experience company that has built a reputation for innovation and rapid growth in its industry. As the business scales, the reliability of sales transaction data has become a top priority, and this role sitting within FP&A and reporting to the Director of FP&A will own that data integrity end to end. The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will build and run a disciplined audit process that confirms transactions flow correctly from source systems into the company's BI tool, catching issues fast and driving them to resolution in close partnership with IT. This is a foundational role during a period of real systems change, offering high visibility with finance and sales leadership as the company works toward a future data warehouse and greater systems maturity.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily and weekly transaction data between source systems and the BI tool, investigating variances the same day they occur
• Identify recurring root causes behind data issues and partner closely with IT to drive them to resolution
• Support finance systems initiatives such as a data warehouse build and system integrations, including full transaction-level reconciliation ahead of monthly close
• Provide regular, concise data health updates and communicate audit findings and risks to finance leadership

Qualifications

• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills, with basic SQL a plus
• Strong financial and business judgment, with the ability to recognize when a number looks wrong
• Ability to read integration or system error logs and describe issues precisely
• Experience with CRM/transaction systems, reporting tools such as Domo, or systems integrations is a strong plus
