Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Licensed Occupational Therapist

We're hiring a licensed occupational therapist for a full-time role with one of our trusted clients. Your skills will support pediatric and early-adult patients in an outpatient setting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Kentucky Occupational Therapy license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working with pediatrics preferred. Caseload includes early intervention through early adults.
• Comfort and experience providing 1:1 therapy. Experience with group therapy is helpful but not required.
• Experience working in outpatient or community-based clinics preferred. Experience in rural settings is a plus.
• Experience with or willingness to use Fusion EMR.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams including ABA, SLP, and mental health providers.
• Ability to manage varied child behaviors and maintain ethical professional standards.

Location

• City: Vine Grove, KY.
• Facility type: Outpatient pediatric and behavioral health therapy clinic supporting ABA, SLP, OT and mental health services.
• Clinics in the region also include Leitchfield, Owensboro, and Mt. Washington; candidates may be considered for those locations.
• Caseload model: Primarily 1:1 care. Some group therapy occurs depending on clinic needs.

Role Details

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric and early-adult clients in an outpatient setting.
• Collaborate with ABA, SLP, and mental health therapists to support interdisciplinary treatment plans.
• Document care in Fusion EMR.
• Engage professionally with families and caregivers to support functional goals.
• Participate in clinic teamwork and uphold ethical practice standards.
