Working collaboratively with providers and departments across Lakewood Health System, the team plays a vital role in delivering timely results and advancing the organization’s mission of improving health and well-being. **Mission for Position**The Ultrasound Technologist’s mission is to deliver precise, high-quality diagnostic imaging through compassionate patient care, technical excellence, and collaboration with providers to support accurate diagnosis and exceptional outcomes at Lakewood Health System.**Duties & Responsibilities*** Perform diagnostic ultrasound exams and procedures* Interact professionally with patients and staff* Collaborate with team members to complete tasks* Enter orders and schedule exams as needed* Process imaging and report requests* Push images to requesting facilities* Answer department phone* Apply critical thinking in a dynamic workspace**What Success Looks Like in This Role**Success in this role means being an engaged and supportive team member who contributes positively to both patient care and team culture.
