The role will monitor the implementation and timing ... (rest of paragraph as above) As a Prototype Project Manager ll, you will: Manage, train, coach, and mentor team related to their job responsibilities Direct and manage coordination groups that assign goals for subcontractors Plan, schedule, and oversee coordinator activities and monitor project status Develop and execute large project plans Complete milestones on time, on budget and with quality Collect data from customers, suppliers, Bill of Material, and other resources to compile presentations and reports Manage day-to-day build operations supporting department management Review project status daily and report percentage of completion Manage the execution of continuous quality improvement activities To be considered as a Prototype Project Manager ll, you will need: High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of 7 years of project coordination experience Experience mentoring and leading others Excellent written and verbal communication skills, very detail oriented and able to effectively host presentations Great customer service skills, reliable attendance, and ability to work overtime Advanced MS Office skills, specifically with Excel including formulas, Word, PowerPoint Ability to lead and work with different cross functional teams and have excellent organizational skills Good ability to interpret customer requests and deliverables A successful candidate may also have: Associate degree in Business or related Ability to work overtime as needed including weekends Our full-time benefits include: medical dental vision life insurance earned sick time STD LTD 401K tuition reimbursement employee referral bonuses paid vacation paid holidays Roush is an EO employer – Veterans/Disabled and other protected categories If you need a reasonable accommodation for our employment application process due to disability, please contact Roush Talent Acquisition at View phone number on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr ROUSH
