Job Description As a Business Analysis Manager at Capital One, you will apply your strategic and analytical skills to major company challenges. We are looking for an associate to join the Enterprise Arbitration team. This team optimizes inbound channels like EASE, Email, and Site by designing and implementing models and frameworks. These channels generate over $2.5 billion in enterprise value annually through marketing and servicing optimization. Our goal is to ensure the optimal message is delivered to the right customer, driving excellent customer experiences and deepening customer relationships. We are looking for an analytical and innovative associate to support the Modeling function. In this role, the associate will concentrate on the convergence of business, credit, and modeling results. Key responsibilities include evaluating potential model improvements, developing comprehensive model roadmaps, and advising Lines of Business (LOBs) on potential impacts to their operations. General Responsibilities Strategic leadership: develop business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and competitive success for Capital One in the face of shifting consumer and regulatory demands. Leadership: may manage and develop 1‑2 analysts; coach and mentor associates with a goal of developing and retaining talent. Product: develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product‑level modeling/analytics. Marketing: lead direct‑to‑consumer marketing efforts for select products, and strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Credit Risk: drive step‑change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses. Execution: manage and sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy; oversee multiple projects and programs concurrently. Partnership: work closely with colleagues across Capital One including IT, Sales, Operations, Finance and others to drive improvement in quality, volume, service, and profitability. Strategic & analytic orientation: proven track record of decision making and problem solving based on analytics; conceptual thinking skills complemented by a strong quantitative orientation. Strong business judgment, leadership and integrity: tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business. Solid people leadership experience: ability to build and leverage capabilities of a high‑performing team. Strong executive communication skills: impeccable written and oral communication credentials, coupled with strategic influencing skills and the ability to drive agreement through intellect, interpersonal and negotiation skills. Clear results orientation: intense focus on achieving both short and long‑term goals. Successful track record of thriving in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment. Previous consulting experience is a plus. Basic Qualifications At least 3 years of professional experience performing analysis. Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field). A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Business or a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Physical Sciences, Math, Statistics, Engineering. 5+ years of experience in analysis. 2+ years of experience in financial services.

Salary Chicago, IL: $149,800 – $171,000. McLean, VA: $164,800 – $188,100. New York, NY: $179,700 – $205,100. Richmond, VA: $149,800 – $171,000. Riverwoods, IL: $149,800 – $171,000.
