Warehouse Worker / Forklift OperatorLocation: Everett, MAStatus: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSchedule: Monday through Friday 9:30am - 6pm [30 minute unpaid lunch break built in]Compensation: Starting Pay Rate: $22.00/hr; Pay Range: $22.00 - $28.00/hrObjective: The Warehouse Worker / Forklift Operator is responsible for receiving, replenishing, cleaning up, and stripping down retail trucks and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Strip down retail trucks Monday through Friday remove all products and materials from trailerssweep trailersdispose of products in warehouse in accordance with trash and recycling policiesorganize empty kegs for redemption to suppliersReplenishReceiveStock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracyClean UpReport any inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety hazards to the Assistant Operations ManagerFollow all company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with team members and operations management to meet daily operational goalsStay current with required safety trainingOther duties as assignedQualifications and Requirements:Must be available to work the schedule 9:30am - 6:00pm Monday through Friday1 year warehouse forklift experience required, 2 or more years preferredForklift certification requiredBasic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systemsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentFlexibility with schedule requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredCore Competencies:Accuracy and attention to detailTime management and organizational skillsSafety awareness and complianceCommunication and teamworkAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truckClimbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basisWalking and standing on hard surfaces on a frequent basisTwo handed lifting of up to 2 cases of beer [55lbs] from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basisOccasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 0 - 105 F on a seasonal basisRepetitive manual handling of half barrels [165lbs each], quarter barrels [90lbs each], and cases of beer [27lbs each]EEO StatementCraft Massachusetts, a division within Sheehan Family Companies, is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
