We are looking for a real estate agent who wants to specialize in real estate acquisitions while earning rewarding commissions . This opportunity is designed for someone who enjoys creating opportunities through prospecting, building relationships, and connecting with homeowners, investors, and other real estate professionals.

You will learn how to generate acquisition opportunities through outbound lead generation, identify off market properties, and have meaningful conversations with property owners. Through consistent prospecting, follow up, and structured coaching, you will develop the communication and sales skills needed to uncover opportunities before they become widely available.

Working alongside experienced acquisitions professionals, you will gain hands on experience evaluating investment opportunities, understanding market trends, negotiating with property owners, and guiding opportunities from the initial conversation through contract and closing. You will also learn how successful acquisition agents build predictable pipelines through consistent daily activity and relationship driven business.

Compensation:

$160,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor sales process
• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Act as an intermediary between your sellers and buyers to ensure a smooth close
• Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

Qualifications:

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work
• Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality

• Real estate license required
