Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Full-Time | Weekdays Only (No Nights or Weekends) Job Summary Our client is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join their growing clinical team in Colorado Springs. This full-time, onsite role focuses on delivering individualized, ethical ABA therapy to children and families in a trauma-informed, child-centered environment . Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually Medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance 401(k) with company match 120 hours PTO + 7 paid holidays Monthly bonus opportunities Additional paid time off opportunities (up to weekly) Strong opportunities for professional growth and promotion No nights or weekends A Day in the Life of the BCBA In this role, you’ll lead and support individualized ABA programs for children ages 2–20 in a collaborative, trauma-informed environment. You’ll work closely with families and clinical staff to design ethical, functional treatment plans that promote autonomy, wellness, and meaningful life skills. Responsibilities Design, oversee, and evaluate individualized ABA treatment programs Conduct behavioral assessments and develop data-driven treatment plans Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to staff and new BCBAs Serve as the clinical leader for a center-based team Collaborate with families using clear, compassionate communication Ensure treatment aligns with trauma-informed, child-focused care standards Meet or exceed established performance metrics Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment Implement evidence-based practices and integrate new research Qualifications Active BCBA certification (or eligible to sit for certification) Meets BACB supervision requirements Experience managing a caseload of approximately 8 clients Ability to support 15–40 hours per week per client and maintain ~25 billable hours/week Ability to work onsite in the Colorado Springs area Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Commitment to collaboration, inclusivity, and a supportive workplace About the Company Our client is a mission-driven ABA provider focused on ethical, trauma-informed, and child-centered care .
