Registered Behavior Technician

Spanish -English Speaker Job Summary: At Applied ABC, we are dedicated to providing exceptional ABA therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in our team, working closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to design and implement individualized treatment plans for our clients. Location: Fort Lauderdale FL Company: Applied ABC Schedule: Monday-Thursday: 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm Responsibilities: Conduct ABA therapy sessions with clients in a one-on-one setting, utilizing evidence-based strategies and techniques Implement treatment plans developed by BCBAs, focusing on skills such as communication, social skills, independence, and personal hygiene Collect and record data on client progress, providing regular updates to BCBAs and parents/guardians Collaborate with BCBAs to modify treatment plans as needed, ensuring continuous progress and improvement Maintain a safe and organized therapy environment, adhering to all safety protocols and policies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field (or currently pursuing) Completion of a registered behavior technician (RBT) training program Pass a background check and obtain any necessary certifications Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and understanding for children with ASD and their families Spanish -English Speaker What We Offer: Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with ASD Collaborative and supportive work environment Professional development and training opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr Applied ABC
