Essential Knowledge and Skills Knowledge and experience in the use of circuit board terminology. Knowledge and experience in the use of inspection devices, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc. Strong demonstrated comprehension of written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents. Must have good English skills: written and verbal communication skills are required. Team working skills are critical for success. Good hand, finger and eye coordination required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time. Ability to work daily and weekend overtime as necessary. Must be comfortable working with or around areas with chemicals. Education and Experience Education: High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience: Computer keyboarding for data entry and documentation Preferred Experience: Printed circuit board manufacturing experience strongly preferred Knowledge and experience in Lean Principles strongly preferred Knowledge and experience of continuous improvement strongly preferred Additional Job Description As a skilled specialist, completes tasks in resourceful and effective ways. Comprehensive know ledge and mastery with in specific area of operational expertise. Works on assignments that are difficult requiring considerable judgment and experience. May propose adjustments to existing processes to address operation processes. Often works independently with little or no direct supervision. May make tactical-level decisions for other team members. Team leader. Typically expects 4+ years of related experience. Vocational/technical education and/or relevant certifications are required. Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
