Job Details In this role, you will set up production equipment, prepare raw materials for production, and perform verifications of materials to complete the production batches successfully. Skills needed for a successful Operations Associate are critical thinking and problem solving, attention to detail and quality focused mindset. These are direct hire positions offering complete benefits and full time hours. Role Requirements: Proficiency in windows-based computer applications Ability to read and write in the English language Ability to read specs and follow work instructions Effective communication and teamwork skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic High School Diploma/GED Ability to work a 12-hour shift, on your feet, and lift up to 40 pounds 1-3 years of manufacturing or relevant experience preferred What We Offer: At Entegris, we invest in providing opportunities to our employees and promote from within.
