Knowledge Management Coordinator

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Knowledge Management Coordinator to support the maintenance and administration of internal knowledge articles and documentation. This individual will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and organizing SharePoint-based documents, ensuring content accuracy and consistency across the knowledge base.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with strong administrative, data entry, or documentation experience. The role has the potential to convert to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and clean up existing knowledge articles and documentation.
• Update documents for consistency, formatting, accuracy, and completeness.
• Maintain and organize content within SharePoint.
• Monitor a shared inbox for documentation update requests.
• Process content changes and revisions in a timely manner.
• Follow established documentation standards and best practices.
• Ensure knowledge articles remain current and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and implement requested updates.

Required Qualifications

• 0-2 years of administrative, data entry, documentation, or related experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written communication and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Ability to follow established processes and work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to SharePoint or other document/content management systems.
• Experience reviewing, editing, or maintaining documentation.
• Background in administrative support, records management, or content coordination.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual who enjoys organizing information, maintaining documentation, and ensuring content accuracy. This person should be comfortable handling repetitive tasks, managing multiple update requests, and working independently while maintaining high-quality standards.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rutland, VT.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
