Accounting Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to join our growing Finance team and help support the continued success of our business. This opportunity is based on the existing Accounting Manager/Senior Accounting Manager position. Position Summary The Accounting Manager will report directly to the CFOO and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations for a multi-entity organization. This individual will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing the monthly close process, supporting financial reporting, and partnering with leadership to improve accounting processes. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where they can make a meaningful impact. In the office position Monday - Friday Responsibilities Manage daily accounting operations, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Payroll, and Inventory Accounting. Perform monthly account reconciliations and prepare journal entries. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Reconcile inventory and support gross margin reporting. Oversee sales tax reporting and commission calculations. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
