Keep abreast of product updates and the latest industry trends to enhance support quality. Requirements Fluency in Spanish and English, both spoken and written. Previous experience in technical support or customer service is advantageous. Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills focused on customer care. Familiarity with CRM systems and remote assistance tools is a plus.
