Flow of Contribution is looking for one person for an independent role in the personal development and wellness sector. The title is Program Manager, and the work genuinely earns it. You are managing a process, a client journey, and your own practice. What makes this different from a conventional PM role is what’s at the center of it: real conversations with real people who are navigating real change in their lives, supported by AI-driven systems that handle the administrative and process load so your time stays on the work that requires a person.

This is a fully remote, nationwide role. The proven framework behind this work has been developed and refined over 15 years of global operation. Flow of Contribution applies it with a human-first, values-led approach; the infrastructure is global; the relationship is personal.

This role is not suited to early-career professionals or those who require a guaranteed salary.

What You’ll Be Doing

\n

\n

–     Managing your own client engagement process from first contact through onboarding and ongoing support, you are running a practice, not filling a function

\n

–     Engaging in structured, purpose-driven conversations with prospective clients: helping them find clarity on where they are and what they’re looking for

\n

–     Supporting others as they clarify direction, identity, and next steps in their personal and professional development

\n

–     Working within defined communication frameworks, supported and consistent, not improvising alone

\n

–     Participating in ongoing personal and professional development, mentorship, and a community of practice

\n

\n

The role is grounded in presence, listening, discernment, and thoughtful engagement. AI-supported tools handle scheduling, documentation, and process management.

\n

\n

This is not a clinical therapy, financial advising, or credentialed coaching role.

\n

\n

Compensation & How It Works

\n

\n

This is a commission-based independent contract role. Compensation is tied directly to your client engagement and results there is no base salary, no guaranteed income, and no benefits package. Earnings grow with your consistency and effort.
