Service Technician

What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, filter replacements, and multi-point inspections Diagnose basic mechanical concerns and recommend appropriate repairs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Accurately document services completed and communicate findings with advisors Uphold manufacturer and dealership service standards Deliver exceptional customer experiences through quality workmanship What You'll Bring Previous automotive maintenance or technician experience is required Basic mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills ASE certifications (a plus, but not required) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Experience with and passion for the Toyota brand is a plus A strong desire to grow with this team through manufacturer training Benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs Flat rate pay range for this role is $21-$24 per flagged hour. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
