This hands-on leader will direct planning, meetings, critical-path execution, team development, stakeholder relationships, and operating performance to deliver an efficient, distinctive experience from opening day forward.Strategic Leadership:- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for pre-opening, launch, and sustained campus performance.- Build an operating culture rooted in McCarthy's values, with a strong focus on learning, leadership development, accountability, and collaboration.- Translate customer needs and preferences into a consistent guest journey that reflects the McCarthy way.- Establish measurable long-term goals, performance standards, and reporting rhythms to ensure results.Team Leadership:- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management; build a high-performing team prepared to deliver the campus vision from day one.Operations Management:- Partner with construction, ownership, and key stakeholders to coordinate readiness, resolve risks, establish operating procedures, and ensure a seamless transition from construction to opening.Financial Management:- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, controls, and performance reporting while optimizing expenses without compromising service, safety, or quality.Facilities Management:- Protect and enhance the campus's physical assets through preventive maintenance, lifecycle planning, appearance standards, and timely corrective action.- Implement practical sustainability initiatives that reduce environmental impact, resource use, and operating costs.Regulatory Compliance:- Maintain current knowledge of applicable hospitality, employment, licensing, and operating regulations, and implement processes that support full compliance.- Maintain rigorous health, safety, security, and emergency-preparedness standards for associates, guests, and visitors.Our Culture: Empowered to Make a DifferenceAt Pyramid Global, we value, support, and recognize the distinct contributions of every team member. We foster growth, collaboration, and accountability while empowering associates to create personalized, memorable experiences for guests and communities.Our Values:People First, Integrity, Excellence- People First: We build talented, diverse, and engaged teams grounded in trust and respect.- Integrity: We act honestly, take ownership, and hold ourselves accountable.- Excellence: We exceed expectations through disciplined execution, innovation, and continuous improvement.What are we looking for?Successful candidates will demonstrate:- A proven record of success as a General Manager of a hotel, resort, or comparable hospitality operation.- At least five years of progressive hospitality leadership experience, including responsibility for teams, operations, and financial results.- Construction, renovation and project management experience strongly preferred.- A college degree - preferably in hospitality, travel, tourism, or business—or an equivalent combination of education and experience; independent, high-end lifestyle hotel experience is preferred.- Knowledge of Arizona and federal employment laws and related compliance requirements preferred.- A demonstrated ability to build trusted, productive relationships with owners and key stakeholders.- Exceptional leadership, communication, judgment, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.Compensation: $150,000 - $160,000Pyramid Global Hospitality is an equal opportunity employer.
