Serve as a partner to internal stakeholders, providing guidance on messaging, positioning, and communications approach within established strategy. Develop and deliver high‑quality written content across channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with ACP’s voice and priorities. Oversee webinar communications and content execution, aligning promotion, delivery, and follow‑up to support engagement and participation. Partner across Marketing and Communications to execute social media strategy, including use of social media management tools and analytics platforms to support content planning and performance tracking. Utilize email marketing platforms and digital tools to support newsletter development, distribution, and performance analysis. Monitor trends and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement, reach, and effectiveness across channels. Strong written communication skills, with the ability to develop clear, concise, and audience‑focused content across formats. Proven ability to operate with sound judgment, manage competing priorities, and deliver high‑quality work in a fast‑paced environment. Experience building relationships and influencing stakeholders across teams without direct authority. Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and align efforts across channels. Experience tracking and analyzing communications performance, using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes. Experience working with social media platforms, email marketing systems, and digital content tools. Ability to translate complex information into clear and effective communications for a range of audiences. This position may experience high‑level work demands and independent decision‑making under tight timelines. Occasional travel outside of the Washington, DC area for meetings or events may be required. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis. ACP will not sponsor applicants for work visas. We reasonably believe that the base salary range for this position is $130,000–$155,000.
