Packaging Associate
Elwood Staffing has upcoming openings for a local industrial bakery packaging baked goods.

Packaging Associate Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.50 to $18.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available (Monday through Saturday)
- Packaging oat/granola treats
- Loading packaged product onto conveyors
- Loading bars into boxes
- Janitorial tasks such as emptying trash, mopping floor, basic equipment cleaning, general housekeeping
Upcoming Shifts, starting in late April 2026:
- Mon-Wed | 4am - 4:30pm
- Mon-Wed | 4pm-4:30am
- Thurs-Sat | 4am - 4:30pm
- Thurs-Sat | 4pm - 4:30am
Packaging Associate Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing and/or food management is strongly desired
- Must be able to stand throughout 12 hour shift
- Able to lift up to 50lbs throughout shift
- Able to operate safely in congested areas
- Must be able to work safely in close proximity to teammates
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
