This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Principal Product Manager - Threat Intelligence based in the United States.

This is a high-impact principal-level product leadership role focused on defining and scaling next-generation threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities within an AI-native cybersecurity platform. You will shape the vision for how complex security data is transformed into actionable, automated defense strategies that help security teams stay ahead of rapidly evolving adversaries. The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, cybersecurity research, and AI-driven automation, requiring deep collaboration with security researchers, detection engineers, and engineering teams. You will own the full product lifecycle for advanced threat intelligence and hunting capabilities, from zero-to-one discovery through scaling and maturity. Operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will directly influence how modern security operations reduce noise, improve signal fidelity, and accelerate response. This is a highly strategic role with broad visibility and meaningful impact on both customers and internal platform direction.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will define and drive the end-to-end product strategy for threat intelligence and threat hunting capabilities, ensuring alignment with a broader AI-native security vision. You will lead the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative security products that transform raw threat data into actionable intelligence and automated hunting workflows. Responsibilities include:

• Owning the 0-to-1 lifecycle of threat intelligence and threat hunting products, from concept and validation through launch and scale.
• Defining a long-term product roadmap aligned with emerging threat landscapes and AI-driven security innovation.
• Partnering with security research and detection engineering teams to operationalize threat research into scalable product capabilities.
• Leading cross-functional execution across engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver measurable security outcomes.
• Engaging with CISOs and security practitioners to identify unmet needs, validate hypotheses, and refine product direction.
• Driving the development of automated hunting playbooks, intelligence feeds, and advanced detection frameworks.
• Ensuring product investments reduce alert fatigue and improve signal quality across security operations workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep cybersecurity domain expertise combined with strong product leadership experience in building complex, technical products in fast-moving environments. You are equally comfortable discussing threat models with security researchers and defining roadmap strategy with executives. You should bring:

• 8+ years of product management experience in cybersecurity or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Proven success leading at least one 0-to-1 cybersecurity product from concept to market adoption.
• Deep expertise in threat intelligence, threat hunting, and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK.
• Strong understanding of security data ecosystems including threat feeds, TIPs, attribution, and detection pipelines.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, particularly how LLMs and graph-based systems can support security automation.
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering, security research, and go-to-market teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A strategic, customer-driven mindset with experience engaging senior security stakeholders such as CISOs.
