Production Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a direct hire, in‑person opportunity in Phoenix, AZ within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a hands‑on operations leader with strong production management, process improvement, and team leadership experience. The Production Manager will provide strategic direction for production operations, oversee personnel and schedules, and drive efficient manufacturing processes in a fast‑paced technical environment. Key Responsibilities Lead daily production operations, including workforce planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance management. Provide leadership, training, and development for production personnel to support safety, quality, productivity, and accountability. Design, evaluate, and improve production processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness. Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure production goals, timelines, and customer expectations are met. Monitor inventory control, process performance, ERP/MES activity, and production data to support informed operational decisions. Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within a technical manufacturing environment. Compensation and Benefits Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually. Job Type: Direct hire.
