PMO Project Manager

Working remotely in the Eastern Time Zone, the full-time PMO Project Manager will manage the administration of the PMO's technology stack, ensure data accuracy across the client's portfolio, and provide weekly status reports while overseeing project controls for a mega-project and capex improvement portfolio. Key responsibilities Administer and maintain the PMO's technology stack, ensuring data consistency across project management platforms and dashboards Provide weekly client status reports, including data entry, validation, and change order processing Manage the risk register, escalation log, and governance meeting schedules to ensure program controls are maintained Required qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; a combination of experience and education will be considered in lieu of a degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Primavera Unifier is beneficial Strong organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mentality Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
