PMO Manager

Overseeing the project management practice, the full-time PMO Manager will manage a remote team, ensuring the delivery of project management services aligned with organizational goals while collaborating with executive leadership and maintaining quality controls. Key responsibilities Oversee day-to-day execution and delivery of project management services, including team leadership and stakeholder communication Ensure technical engagements are delivered within defined scope, schedule, and budget expectations Supervise a remote PMO team, including Senior Project Managers and Program Managers, while maintaining efficient project execution and resource coordination Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or technology; Master's degree is a plus Minimum of five years of experience as a PMO Manager or Director in a large enterprise organization Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, PMBOK) with a proven track record of successful project delivery Experience managing project financials, including budgeting and cost control At least two relevant certifications, such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM
