Coastal Kids Beachwear in The Gardens Mall is hiring an experienced luxury Retail store manager to join our team in The Gardens Mall. You will be responsible for the operations of business:

As Store Manager, you’ll lead every aspect of the business, including:

● Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

● Lead by example on the sales floor and build meaningful customer relationships.

● Recruit, hire, train, and coach an outstanding sales team.

● Create a positive, energetic culture where people love coming to work.

● Schedule staff and manage payroll responsibly.

● Maintain exceptional visual merchandising throughout the store.

● Receive and process new merchandise and oversee inventory accuracy.

● Execute marketing events, community partnerships, and in-store promotions.

● Develop clienteling strategies that create lifelong customers.

● Analyze sales reports and identify opportunities for growth.

● Maintain operational excellence, cleanliness, and company standards.

● Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care.

● Open and close the store while ensuring security and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For

● 3+ years of retail management experience (boutique or specialty retail preferred).

● Proven history of exceeding sales goals.

● Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

● Passion for fashion, merchandising, and customer service.

● Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.

● Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and during peak retail seasons.

● Positive attitude with a “can-do” mindset.

● Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

● Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
