About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to spearhead its financial strategy and accounting operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing the organization's financial and accounting strategy to ensure growth, stability, and sound decision-making. This includes oversight of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. The CFO will also lead accounting operations, maintain strong internal controls, and ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. A key aspect of the role is to partner with executive leadership to evaluate financial risks, identify opportunities, and shape strategic plans that align with the company's goals. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of leadership experience in accounting or finance within the financial services industry, with a proven track record in a senior financial leadership role. Strong knowledge of banking accounting practices, financial controls, reporting requirements, and regulatory expectations is essential. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to manage inquiries, present financial insights, and influence decision-making. A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is required, with advanced credentials such as a CPA or MBA being preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in building trusted business relationships and collaborating effectively with senior stakeholders, as well as experience in leading teams and driving operational excellence within a complex organization.
