Job Title: Building Performance Engineer | HVAC Analytics Engineer | Facilities Optimization Engineer
Location: Minneapolis, MN (Onsite)
Type: W2 Contract (Until April 2028)
Duration: 24 months
We are seeking a Building Performance Engineer to support global facilities through HVAC optimization, Fault Detection & Diagnostics (FDD), and building analytics initiatives.
Key Skills:

✔ HVAC Controls & Sequences of Operation
✔ Data Analytics & Performance Monitoring
✔ Energy Efficiency & Building Optimization
✔ Clockworks Analytics or Similar FDD Platforms
✔ Stakeholder Management & Technical Communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience in Facilities Engineering, HVAC, BAS, Commissioning, or Building Operations
• Experience analyzing HVAC performance, trends, alarms, and operational data
• Strong understanding of airside systems, central plants, BAS, and control strategies
• Ability to develop optimization recommendations based on data analysis
