The Body Technician will specialize in repairing a range of vehicle types, including custom cars, as part of a small team of 2-4 technicians. This role requires precision and expertise in body repair, dent removal, frame straightening, and surface preparation. The technician will utilize a combination of tools to assist in repair diagnostics and estimations, while adhering strictly to safety compliance. Responsibilities

• Perform body repairs and dent removals on mixed vehicle types and custom cars
• Straighten frames accurately using specialized equipment
• Prepare surfaces for painting and refinishing
• Maintain and calibrate repair tools and equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety standards throughout repair processes
• Replace damaged parts efficiently and correctly

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in auto body repair

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and welding
• Experience with frame measuring and diagnostics
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Excellent time management
