Job Overview Centra Healthcare Allied is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel assignment in North Andover, Massachusetts. Position: Physical Therapist (PT) – SNF / LTC Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours: 40 per week (8‑hour shifts) Type: Travel contract, days position Responsibilities Provide therapeutic services in a Skilled Nursing/Long‑Term Care facility. Develop and execute individualized treatment plans. Document patient progress and maintain accurate records. Integrate the organization’s vision, values, and mission into daily practice. Minimum Requirements At least 1 year of recent experience as a PT specializing in SNF/LTC. Current PT license in the state of Massachusetts. Licenseable or in the immediate process of obtaining licensure in Massachusetts.
