Compensation This is a commission-based opportunity with top performers earning $150,000+. What You'll Do Drive Sales & Build Your Business Take ownership of customer opportunities from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. Build relationships with customers through phone, text, email, video, and in-person interactions. Generate repeat business and referrals through exceptional service and follow-up. Consistently achieve individual sales goals while contributing to team success. Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience Guide customers through a consultative, pressure-free purchasing process. Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle and ownership solution. Create a memorable experience that earns trust, loyalty, and long-term relationships. Become a Product Expert Participate in manufacturer and dealership training programs. Learn vehicle technology, features, financing options, and ownership benefits. Confidently demonstrate products and explain value to customers. What We're Looking For Preferred Qualifications Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, leadership, or business development. (Automotive experience a plus, but not required) Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Comfortable using technology, CRM systems, text messaging, email, and video communication tools. Positive attitude and desire to learn. Requirements Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
