Senior Campaign Analyst - Pentagon/Washington, D.C.

Position Description & Qualifications Position: High‑level analyst supporting Navy’s Campaign Analysis Program at the Pentagon. Eligibility: Active DoW Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, enrolled in Continuous Evaluation (CE). Waivers and exceptions are not accepted. Responsibilities Provide recommendations on study plans, issues to be examined and technical assistance on modeling techniques, data analytics, and development of campaign scenarios, TACSITs, and CONOPS. Identify and research inputs used in simulations, modeling, and wargaming efforts. Perform independent assessment of logical analytical practice and methods, ensuring Navy positions, capabilities, and CONOPS are accurately represented. Recommend improvements to branch leadership. Develop scenario excursions to support POM development, assessing model sensitivity to changes in platform capabilities, tactics, and CONOPS. Analyze analytic results and develop briefings for leadership, informing policy and funding priorities. Conduct technical maturity assessments of system and component analysis and modeling. Provide warfare assessments for Navy staff, inputting to OSD/Joint Campaign Analysis, identifying critical Navy capability and capacity issues. Qualifications Current Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and enrolled in CE. Bachelor's degree in operations research, analysis, mathematics, statistics, engineering (aeronautical, electrical, mechanical, etc.), chemistry or physics. Fifteen‑year experience in one or more of the above disciplines as applied to Navy technical programs or seven‑year experience in war‑fighting analysis or proven Operations Analysis subspecialty code. Experience supporting modeling and simulation‑based analysis; managing budgeting, warfare analysis, project scheduling/tracking and logistics requirements analysis. Experience developing white papers, project documents and briefings. Demonstrated experience briefing executive leadership. Ability to travel 10%.
