About the Role:

Seia is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing efforts for its restaurant and private members club. This role is ideal for a highly organized, creative individual who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and will support day-to-day marketing execution, member programming, social media, and brand initiatives while working closely with both the corporate marketing and onsite teams. This role is on-site in Miami.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between corporate marketing and onsite operations, culinary, membership, and building teams
• Support seasonal promotions, partnerships, brand activations, and member programming
• Manage social media content calendar, including captions, Stories, and community management
• Create newsletters, event invitations, member communications, and marketing copy
• Support SevenRooms CRM campaigns and PeopleVine member communications
• Maintain website content, booking platforms, and third-party listings
• Coordinate photo and video shoots, creative assets, and marketing collateral
• Support PR initiatives, media visits, and event marketing rollouts
• Support paid digital marketing initiatives by coordinating campaign creative, approvals, and reporting with the external advertising agency

Requirements:

• 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Strong social media and content creation skills
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Instagram; experience with SevenRooms and PeopleVine is a plus
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Passion for food, luxury, hospitality, and storytelling
