The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing engine running across multiple spa brands and regions. This is an integrated communications role centered on project management and traffic coordination (about 90% of the role), with the remainder spanning digital execution, content operations, and brand stewardship.

What You'll Do

Project Management & Traffic Coordination

• Partner with the Traffic Manager to manage creative and print projects - communicating with stakeholders, organizing and archiving creative jobs, and processing POS promotions, discounts, and marketing information
• Coordinate and maintain our project management tool (Wrike) for internal and client launches and campaigns
• Help create and roll out new promotional SOPs for our Resorts division alongside the Traffic Manager and Operations
• Serve as Traffic Manager backup during absences, maintaining continuity across workflow routing and the marketing inbox
• Coordinate work with outside agencies, printers, entertainers, and vendors, and oversee Upwork projects from posting and vendor vetting through completion

Digital & E-Commerce Support

• Update and maintain website content across OneSpaWorld, Mandara Spa, and TimeToSpa - loading new products and publishing page updates using pre-approved copy and imagery, in coordination with the E-Commerce team
• Load, QA, and schedule email campaigns for resorts and TimeToSpa, confirming deployment details, audience segmentation, and send schedules prior to launch
• Conduct regular audits of brand websites, spa landing pages, and partner and hotel sites to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with current partner standards

Content, Events & Brand Operations

• Co-plan events with the Digital Content Manager, ensuring the field receives deliverables on time and seeing logistics through to execution
• Support in-office content production, including filming, photography, and camera operation for educational and promotional videos
• Manage and organize marketing collateral, databases, and promotional discounts, memberships, and packages in the POS system; maintain assets across DAM and Box platforms
• Handle daily administrative tasks that keep the marketing function coordinated and support Marketing Managers on projects as needed

• Exceptional planning and organization skills; you know how to prioritize, multi-task, and deliver accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with outstanding grammar and proofing skills
• A proactive, independent work style paired with a team-player mindset
• High attention to detail with strong research, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook

Bonus Points For

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in spa, wellness, fitness, cruise, travel, or hospitality
• Experience collaborating with a global team of internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of HTML, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and/or photography
• Experience with Book4Time or a similar POS system
