Marketing Coordinator

Cedar Gold Group is a Miami-based precious metals IRA dealer helping Americans protect their retirement savings with physical gold and silver. We move at speed, ship work that matters, and operate at a level most firms in this space don't. Our marketing engine produces real volume and we're looking for someone who can keep up. The Role We need a Marketing Coordinator who can run the day-to-day execution behind a multi-channel marketing operation. You'll report directly to our CMO and own the tactical work that keeps campaigns shipping, lead flow consistent, and brand presence sharp across every touchpoint. This isn't a "post on LinkedIn twice a week" job. We run paid media, email and SMS nurture sequences, podcast content, partnership activations (Bryan Clay, Miami Marlins, others), lead magnets, landing pages, webinars, and PR. You'll have your hands on most of it. What You'll Do Build and schedule email and SMS campaigns inside our marketing stack, then track performance and iterate Manage landing pages, lead magnet funnels, and A/B tests Coordinate creative production with designers, video editors, and outside vendors Own social media calendars across our brand and executive accounts Distribute and clip podcast content from The Gold Standard for short-form channels Build out partnership marketing assets and activations (athletes, sponsorships, media) Pull weekly performance reports and flag what's working and what isn't Keep our marketing project board organized and on schedule Support PR pushes, press releases, and media outreach Help onboard new tools and document processes as we scale What We’re Looking For 1 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally at a high-volume DTC, financial services, or media company Strong writing skills with a clean, direct voice (no corporate filler) Comfortable inside HubSpot, Google Analytics, and basic ad platforms Sharp eye for design even if you’re not the one in Figma Organized to a fault, can manage 15 things at once without dropping any You actually finish work, not just plan it Bonus: experience with paid media buying, video editing, or financial/retirement marketing What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to marketing KPIs Brickell office with a serious team that ships Direct mentorship from leadership across marketing, sales, and operations Real growth path.
