Field Support Specialist

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Field Support Specialist for a temporary contract opportunity in Decorah, IA. This role is ideal for someone with administrative, mailroom, print production, office services, or customer service experience who enjoys variety, hands-on work, and supporting professional office operations.

As a Field Support Specialist, you will help keep daily client services running smoothly by managing mail and packages, supporting print and document production, assisting with office equipment needs, and providing responsive service to onsite teams. This position offers a structured Monday through Friday schedule, steady daytime hours, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where accuracy, professionalism, and adaptability are valued.

The right candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, comfortable using Microsoft Office, and able to move between tasks and locations as business needs change. Key Responsibilities

- Process, sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and related materials.
- Perform print production, document assembly, finishing, filing, and general office services support.
- Answer and route phone calls professionally while providing helpful customer service.
- Replace toner, monitor office equipment, troubleshoot basic issues, and coordinate service calls as needed.
- Support multiple client locations and travel between sites when required.
- Maintain accurate documentation, submit expenses, and follow established client service procedures.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $20 per hour.
- Job type: Temporary contract.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Location: Decorah, IA.

- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service, administrative, mailroom, print, office services, filing, records management, or related experience.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing priorities, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience supporting multiple office locations or client sites.
- Experience with print production equipment, mailroom systems, or document finishing processes.
- Familiarity with expense reporting, service documentation, or office equipment coordination.
