Lutheran Social Services seeks compassionate Women’s Recovery Center Staff to support women in a residential treatment setting. In this role, you’ll provide direct supervision, implement treatment and safety plans, facilitate skills-building and recovery groups, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. You will foster a safe, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive environment while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of women healing from substance use, trauma, and housing instability within a mission-driven, faith-based nonprofit.
