Lutheran Social Services seeks compassionate staff to support women in recovery at our residential Women’s Recovery Center. In this role, you will provide direct care, supervision, and encouragement to women working toward sobriety and stability. Responsibilities include facilitating groups and activities, monitoring safety, documenting observations, assisting with daily routines and appointments, and supporting individualized recovery plans alongside clinical staff. You’ll work within a trauma-informed, faith-rooted, and client-centered environment that values dignity, inclusion, and social justice while offering opportunities for professional growth.
