Marketing Recruiter - Scale Our AI Marketing Team (Equity)
Candidate Company
Baseten is seeking an experienced recruiter to scale our marketing organization. You will partner with hiring managers and marketing leadership to build a team across product marketing, demand gen, content, brand, and events.
You will own ambitious hiring goals, dive deep into our AI infrastructure space, and speak credibly to candidates about what we build and why it matters. This role emphasizes ownership, speed, and a strong candidate experience.
