Operations & Service Leadership

• Uphold and enforce all company standards related to health, labor, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness; ensure team compliance throughout every shift.
• Lead FOH pre-shift meetings, setting clear expectations for service standards, covers, and any VIP or special event priorities.
• Oversee all FOH service training, with dedicated focus on host, door, and coat check staff development.
• Ensure all side work is completed to standard before authorizing any comps or check-outs.
• Maintain continuous floor presence throughout service; communicate proactively with guests to uphold an exceptional experience.
• Ensure the host stand is always staffed and phones are answered from 6pm through close.

Reservations & Capacity Management

• Partner with the reservations team to review daily, weekly, and monthly cover counts; set targets using prior year performance as a benchmark.
• Work closely with the GM and AGM to ensure pacing is neither over- nor under-booked.
• Manage VIP reservations directly through the VIP line; monitor VIP phone coverage throughout the day and during service.

People & Scheduling

• Submit scheduling recommendations for door, security, host, and coat check positions.
• Manage FOH payroll to remain within or below annual budget targets.
• Train and develop servers, support staff, host team, door staff, and security in both service standards and guest experience.

Guest Experience & Atmosphere

• Actively manage the energy of the room — adjust lighting, music volume, and overall vibe to match the rhythm of each service.
• Ensure the correct playlist is running at all times; escalate any issues to the GM.
• Report on DJ performance at management meetings with objective feedback for the GM.

Financial Performance & P&L

• Monitor and control discounts to maintain spend at or below 2% annually; use CRM data to ensure comps are directed to the right guests.
• Partner with the GM and AGM to drive sales growth and increase average check.
• Oversee bar portioning standards; confirm drinks are being made to spec and no unauthorized complimentaries are being extended.
• Audit all BEOs, cocktail parties, and buyouts to confirm everything is correctly entered and reconciled in the POS.
• Support the GM and AGM on administrative tasks including liquor ordering and inventory oversight.

Compensation: Salary ($70,000.00 - $80,000.00)
