We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Floor Manager to ensure seamless service operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a commitment to maintaining Cuerno’s high standards of excellence. Key Responsibilities Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met at all times. Oversee the guest experience, resolving issues with efficiency and professionalism. Train and develop front-of-house team members. Manage the flow of service to ensure smooth and timely operations. Monitor and maintain service quality and operational standards. Supervise and coordinate daily floor operations, ensuring the restaurant is running efficiently. Ensure proper cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Support management with staffing, inventory, and ordering. Qualifications 3+ years of managerial experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment. Fine Dining and Mexican Restaurant experience a plus. Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve. A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Flexibility in work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Experience with restaurant POS systems and scheduling tools is a plus.
