Job Description As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Customer Service Patrol in Saint Charles, IL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.99 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeWed03:00 PM - 11:00 PMThur03:00 PM - 11:00 PMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities in a food production and distribution environment. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout facility buildings, employee and visitor areas, parking areas, loading docks, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and report irregular conditions or policy violations to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Prepare clear and accurate reports of incidents, observations, patrols, and other security-related activities. Minimum Requirements: Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
