FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST

US Marine Corps

Duties

You will audit civilian payrolls.

You will support Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts for audit support.

You will act as liaison for employees with Departments and the Compensation Office as it relates to coding and payments.

You will review and analyze payroll reporting to recommend changes where need for improvement is evident.

You will obtain thorough knowledge of the Supervisor's Desk (SUPDESK) Timekeeping system in order to understand the accuracy of the shipyard time and attendance system.

You will read, interpret, and analyze any guidance from outside stakeholders.
