Role Description The Finance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at Audi Stuart in Florida, United States. This role oversees all dealership finance and insurance (F&I) operations, including presenting financing options, securing approvals, and finalizing contracts in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Finance Manager works closely with the sales team to structure deals, maximize profitability, and ensure a seamless, transparent experience for guests. Daily responsibilities include reviewing credit applications, explaining protection products, maintaining accurate documentation, and monitoring lender relationships. The role also involves analyzing financial performance, supporting process improvements, and contributing to a customer-centric, luxury-oriented environment. Qualifications Proficiency in automotive finance and insurance processes, including deal structuring, lender liaison, and contract completion. Strong skills in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to support dealership profitability and operational decision-making. Knowledge of relevant federal and state regulations, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices in automotive finance. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities with guests, lenders, and internal teams. High level of attention to detail, accuracy in documentation, and capability to manage multiple deals and tasks simultaneously. Experience in an automotive dealership or retail finance environment is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience. Comfort with dealership management systems, finance software, and standard office productivity tools.
