Pay Rate: $22.75 per hour

We are currently seeking an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join our client’s team in New Port Richey, FL on the second shift.

Position Summary:
As a Hydraulic Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing hydraulic systems and components for various equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve hydraulic system issues
• Install, inspect, maintain, and repair hydraulic pumps, motors, cylinders, and hoses
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Complete preventive maintenance to ensure reliable operation
• Maintain accurate service and repair records
• Follow all safety protocols and company standards
• Collaborate with team members to address technical challenges

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred
• Experience working with hydraulic systems (industrial or automotive environments preferred)
• Mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand and power tools
• Understanding of safety practices for hydraulic equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (if field work is required)
• Willingness and availability to work second shift

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in hydraulics or a related field
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with multiple hydraulic systems
