Position Summary We’re looking for an energetic and friendly Bartender who can provide exceptional service while preparing quality beverages in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, personable, and passionate about hospitality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Deliver outstanding guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere Maintain knowledge of our food, beer, wine, and cocktail offerings Verify guest age and ensure compliance with all Virginia ABC regulations Accurately process orders and handle cash and credit card transactions Keep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service Assist servers and team members as needed to ensure a smooth guest experience Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred Knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and classic cocktails Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a high‑volume environment Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay plus tips Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts Opportunities for growth and development A fun, team‑oriented work environment Ready to join our team?
