Shift Details: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM, 5 shifts per week, 40 scheduled hours.

Job Order Details: Start Date 08/31/2026, End Date 11/30/2026, Duration 13 weeks.

Job Description: Cath Lab Days, 4x10-hour shifts (07:00 - 17:30). 1 year experience, 1st time travel. Call required, every 4th weekend required. BLS & ACLS (pending ok). Pending NM license accepted.

Job Requirements & Qualifications: Certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS. Skills: Cardioversion, Circulate Procedures, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations Adult, Interpretation/Management of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath lab, Interventional Catheterizations, Left heart catheterization, Monitoring Procedural Sedation, Procedural Sedation Administration/Monitoring, Pulmonary Artery Line/Swan Ganz monitoring, Right heart catheterization, Scrub Procedures.

Unit Details: Staffing & Scheduling: Scheduling Type: Other. Call Required: 8-12 days of call per month. Weekend Coverage: Every 4th weekend. Interdisciplinary Support: Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Interpretation Services, Phlebotomy, Radiology, Social Services, Rapid Response Teams, Pharmacy. Patient Diagnoses: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics. Daily Census: 20-30.

Special Procedures/Unit Details: Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts + 8-12 days of call per month. Must have Cath Lab experience and be able to take call for STEMI or Vascular.

Travel Compliance: Fingerprints required. Internal cost for all new Aya Direct assignments (not extension): $88.30 FOR APN, this cost will be passed to Agency on WOC. All RTO must be listed at time of submittal. Aya Offer Units: Max of 4 days RTO can be auto approved. Pending NM/Compact license accepted (must be obtained prior to start). 50 mile local radius, locals not accepted. Previous staff must wait 1 year before returning as a traveler. The Heart Hospital of New Mexico at Lovelace Medical Center is a part of this main location. Floating: Unless specifically stated otherwise, travelers will be expected to float to like units within their scope, as needed based on facility needs. Travelers will receive brief orientation on the unit. Once contract is signed, traveler is expected to go in for labs within 48 business hours (please notify at time of submittal if you/traveler foresee any reasons for compliance delays). Modules: Modules are non-billable, all hours are factored in NBO RN average 4-6 hours Allied 2-3 hours Modules are completed onsite during orientation Modules are recorded via transcripts.
