About This Role As an RN in Behavioral Health at Marymount Hospital, you will provide direct nursing care and support to patients in a collaborative environment. Highlights Pay: $35.50 - $55.60/hour Location: Garfield Heights, OH Facility: Marymount Hospital Schedule: Full‑time, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record, and communicate patients’ conditions. Evaluate, update, and revise plan of care to facilitate achievement of planned outcomes. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and families with educational materials considering cultural issues. Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved nursing protocol. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Experience One year of current acute care RN experience in a hospital setting required. Will consider licensed military RN experience. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or the American Red Cross required.
