Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Previous experience working in a school-based setting (preferred but not required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and assessments for students in elementary, middle, and high school
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, to address speech, language, and communication needs
• Consult and collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to promote student progress
• Document student performance and maintain accurate records in accordance with school policies
• Participate in IEP meetings, team discussions, and professional development as needed
